Terms And Conditions

  1. The “Mission Unlimited” is an online gaming contest, open to all Nepalese residents of Nepal.
  2. The gaming contest shall run for a total of Ten (10) weeks. 
  3. Each Participant must register via mobile number and email and login to the contest. 
  4. Participants must be allowed to access account information and register their personal information to be eligible for the contest. 
  5. Ncell reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participants from the contest without prior notification or disclose their personal information if they are suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the terms and conditions of their account.
  6. The winners will be selected on a weekly basis. The winner's announcement may vary without any notice.
  7. The prizes shall neither be transferable nor exchangeable for cash or any items. “Mission Unlimited” reserves the absolute right to substitute the prizes with those of similar value at any time, with or without prior notice, and subject to TDS. 
  8. The decision of “Mission Unlimited” shall be final and conclusive. No appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained. 
  9. Entries must be submitted per the terms and conditions set out by “Mission Unlimited”. Entry is invalid if it is incomplete, contains false information, or any other errors as determined by “Mission Unlimited” in its sole discretion.
  10. All winners will be notified via Facebook wall post and any other means of communication as determined by “Mission Unlimited” or its authorized representative. This includes publishing on the application page as well as the Ncell Official Facebook Page.
  11. By participating in the contest, participants have expressly consented for their particulars to be posted in any method or medium that “Mission Unlimited” sees fit for announcing the winners.
  12. Acceptance of the prizes constitutes the winners’ unconditional agreement and permission to “Mission Unlimited” and its agencies to use the winners’ names, winner and his/her friends’ photograph and/or likeness for purposes of editorial, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice. Ncell fully reserves its rights to such forms of publicity and publication.
  13. “Mission Unlimited” reserves the rights to at any time add to, delete, vary or amend the contents within this application, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and liability to any users of this application or any other party. 
  14. Ncell reserves the right to at any time add to, delete, vary or amend the Terms and Conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this contest, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and liability to any participant or any other party.
  15. “Mission Unlimited” and its affiliates (including its employees, consultants, and agents) shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, loss, or damage whatsoever (indirect or consequential) incurred or suffered by any participant or winner.
